it was the first time we got a chance to show that we could do lot of things that only men had done before.
Umm well... i don't know about the Cold War but in WW1 and WW2 it gave women more freedom and the right to be more equal like men, even though the pay wasn't the same. A woman could be doing the same job as a man but yet be paid less than him because she presumably wasn't skilled enough. The disadvantages were that men weren't happy in the WW1 the most of women taking over mens jobs so they would basically make it harder for the women to do their jobs properly and do things like hammer their nail draws so they couldn't open them and get on with their job.
The roles they took during WW1 opened many new doors for women and they proved they could do anything men could. 2 years later they got the right to vote.
so they can prove to men that women can do things just as well as men can do also it helps them be more succsessful in life.
Samurai women became completely under the control of men.
Men did not let women vote because they did not let women do a lot of things. Men were probably afraid of what the women could do.
Because only men had authority to do things such as women had to live with the empire the whole time they where alive
men marry thinking women will never change.. women marry thinking men will change.... and atlast both are mistaken.... ;-)
Climate change affects everyone, men and women.
Because if they could, the women would be men
Weird phrasing - Amelia got on well with most men. She did not care for those who thought women could not do things.
Abigail was a lady who wanted to free the slaves and let women do the same things men could do
No women have change purses. Men are suppossed to jingle.
She showed people that women can do the same things that men can do. and gender should not matter when it comes to anything!
Women can do most things a man can do. Some things though are limited by biology and anatomy. For example, women tend to have less upper body strength, and are 10% physically weaker then men, due to men having testosterone and more muscle mass. Throughout history, women mostly couldn't do things men could do, as men had the burden of being the provider of the household, while women were more important to survival and raising a family (being the ones who bear children). However, over human history, this has changed, and currently, women are equal to men in most aspects of society in all civilized countries in the world.
yes both men and women could vote.
The main thing is that women were employed to replace the men who went to war. There was a problem when at the end of the war, companies fired the women so they could rehire the men.
