Nobody thought fit to record this. Susanna was thought of in later life as "Good Mistress Hall", but she was perhaps of a somewhat Puritan disposition. In any case Shakespeare trusted her and her husband Dr. Hall since he made them his executors and main beneficiaries. Judith married a less-than-satisfactory husband. It is hard to say whether this is because she was flighty and of poor judgement or because her parents had pledged everything they had to get a good husband for Susanna, and Judith had to get who she could with no dowry to speak of.

Hamnet died so young we really don't know anything about him.

There is no hard evidence pertaining to Shakespeare's childhood. One can make reasonable assumptions based on his father's status and the general life in a rural village in Warwickshire during the time, but there are no historical records on which to rely.

No. The characters in Shakespeare's plays were not drawn from his personal life at all.

Because there is a character called Hamlet in the play Hamlet and he had a son called Hamnet, some people think there is some connection. However, since the story of Hamlet, including his name, predate the birth of Shakespeare's son, and since Shakespeare's son did not attend university, was not an expert swordsman, was not the son of a king, was not dating the daughter of a royal counsellor, did not fight pirates, and was not predeceased by his father and so could not possibly have been visited by his ghost, and in general since there is no similarity between them, we must conclude that the similarity of names is mere coincidence.

The characters of Anne Bullen in Henry VIII, Anne Page in The Merry Wives of Windsor and Lady Anne in Richard III were not Shakespeare's wife either.

William Shakespeare was one obviously. His four sisters and three brothers were also children of his parents unsurprisingly.
