Cleopatra VII is famous for being charming and intelligent, as in the writings of Plutarch. She wrote many books on things like womens medicine, jewellery, and make up. She was extremely clever and manipulated two Roman men (Julius Caesar and Marc Antony) to protect her from Rome and give her parts of their empire. She would also care for her children, and pull Egypt out of tough times such as drought, famine and debt left behind by her father. The royal family of Egypt wasn't liked very much in her father's time and she completely turned that around.
