The Great Pyramid was built with limestone blocks and the others used some granite blocks.

Most of the stone for the great pyramid was quarried locally. The stone which was not was floated down the Nile River on a barge made from papyrus reeds to a jetty close to the pyramid site. Here ropes were tied to the sledges on which the stones rested. Then gangs of naked slaves would drag them to the pyramid site.

Great Pyramid was covered by casing stones (that formed a smooth outer surface) made from ' Tura Limestone' quarried across the river from the pyramid.
