There was many horrors of WW: II
I will firstly start off with Concentration camps.
In the concentration camps, many people died. It was a horrible way of living, you ate only a few pieces of bread every few days, and you had to work ALL day.
Secondly, death camps.
Death camps were for mostly Jews but also the mentally retarded, the disabled and POW's. In death camps they would work till they die or get gassed to death in a room full of people.
If Hitler had been captured during World War II, it could have potentially altered the course of history by preventing further atrocities and potentially shortening the war. His capture could have led to a different outcome for the war and the post-war world.
