There was no Queen of France in 1810. Napoleon I was the Emperor of France and his wife would have been the Empress. He had his marriage to Josephine dissolved in 1809, due to the lack of an heir being born. In 1810 he married Marie Louise of Austria because who gave him a son in 1811.
Because at that time the military situation of France was constantly worsening and the public opinion thought that only Bonaparte would have been able to sort out the same. That gave ground to Napoleon and his associates to organise and carry out the so called "coup d'ètat of 18th Brumaire", which led him to be nominated First Consul of France.
