Beatles For Sale, released in late 1964. Beatles V1
The Beatles recorded and released 214 different songs on original release albums, EP's and singles, about 20 of which were not written by the Beatles. Some of these songs were recorded more than once, but a little differently and re-released. Two songs were recorded in German in the early days. The Beatles also recorded many songs that were never released. Some of these turned up on post-Beatles solo albums.
Yes they did , a lot of their earlier albums was other band material for example the Beatles song "Twist and Shout" was not Beatles material ... Hoped that helped :)
Beatles for Sale

Most of their British albums before Sgt. Pepper had fourteen songs. A Hard Day's Night had thirteen.
Ray Manzarek released nine albums in his career. Three of the albums were released just a few years before his tragic death. Ray's most famous album is "Love Me Madly."
Goldfrapp released four albums before releasing Head First. In order of release, these albums are 'Felt Mountain', 'Black Cherry', 'Supernature', and 'Seventh Tree'.
These are the 12 original releases, not including "Best of's" or "Compilations". That's a REALLY good question....somewhat difficult to research. However, here's the answer: It was released only as a single in the US on VeeJay (they had the rights BEFORE Capitol Records. BUT, for some reason it was never included on the Vee Jay 'Introducing the Beatles' album in the Us. It was not until 1973 that it was included on an album in the US (obviously AFTER they had broken up as a group): The Beatles 62-66 on capitol records. I believe its also on '1' which came out a few years ago. It is also included on Past Masters, volume I. The two volumes of Past Masters contain the thirty three tracks which were never originally intended for inclusion on Beatles albums. See the discussion page for more details.
"Beatles for Sale" in the UK, "Beatles VI" in the US.
If it's after a breakup, they just don't want to talk, if it's before the breakup/used for the breakup, they are just cruel. It happens.
