All VHS films have been discontinued. You would either have to buy a used copy or buy it on DVD.
No film companies are producing new copies of films on VHS anymore. It's all on DVD now. Of course, used copies of VHS can still be found.

Most Andy Warhol's films are available through local county or university libraries. Online shops on Amazon and eBay sell Lonesome Cowboys and San Diego Surf on VHS and DVD.
Sony made the first VHS system but opted out of it after they decided the beta format produced a better quality picture. They sold the rights to the VHS system to JVC who because of the VHS system's ability to put more video on a tape (at that time, 6 hors as compared to 4.5 for the beta tapes) eventually won the format wars. Sony later started putting out VHS machines and the rest is history.
MGM/UA Home Entertainment last distributed Fortune Men's Eyes on November 18, 1992 as a VHS. No DVD released has been announced but some online sellers do sell copies.
