The American Declaration of Independence explicitly states (and also implies) a number of important political ideas. Two of the most important are that governments rule the governed only by the consent of the latter and that any government that abuses its privileged role is rightly overthrown by the people suffering from its abuses.

Hope This Helps:

The United States are declared free and

independent from England.

All people have rights, and the government

should protect those rights.

In the event of oppression, the government

needs to be removed and replaced with a

better one.

King George III was unfit to rule, and took

away the peoples rights.

The American people are determined to

keep their rights and independence.

The people deserve to live a life of

happiness and freedom without oppression.
