Taoism: Man's relationship with nature. Confucianism: Man's relationship with his fellow man. Taoism: Polytheistic. Confucianism: Monotheistic. Taoism was founded by Lao Tzu. Confucianism was founded by Confucius.
Neo Confucianism is an integration of Confucianism with some Taoism and Buddhism.
While Confucianism deals with social issues, Taoism deals with the meaning of life. Confucianism stresses ethics while Taoism stresses behavior. Emphasis in Confucianism is on ritual while the focus in Taoism is on nature. Taoism represents as yin while Confucianism in the opposite, representing yang.

Buddhism differs from Confucianism & Taoism in that it is an import into China & Asia in general. Confucianism & Taoism are from China. Taoism is all about man's relationship with nature; Confucianism is all about man's relationship with his fellow man. Buddhism is about seeking enlightenment. Taoism & Buddhism are both polytheistic; Confucianism is monotheistic(in a Deistic kind of way).
Confucius' Birthday is celebrated. Chinese New Year is celebrated in Confucianism(likewise in Buddhism & Taoism).
Mainly it would be Buddhism. The Chinese also practice Taoism and Confucianism.
