Depends on what you mean. Do you mean alive or extinct? The mightiest live reptile I would say it is hard to beat a saltwater crocodile. They are the largest of all living reptiles. Adults can reach 5-7m long and can easily take down large herd animals, such as cows. They can swim at over 10mph (I know it doesn't sound fast, but the fastest human swimmer can onlynswim at 5mph) The mightiest reptile that ever lived would have been some sort of dinosaur. I think the mightiest dinosaur is the giganotosaurus. It is a meat eating therapod that could reach 15m long and was powerful enough to take down large sauropod dinosaurs. It's teeth were over 30cm long.
