The Bangladesh flood was not responded to very well because of the fact that if anyone did respond they would not get paid much because as upset as i am to say this country is a LEDC (less economacly developed country) country and they simpley could not afford emergency helicopters or medical care.

In 2004 Bangladesh was severely affected by floods and Some 600 people had died and had left at least 30m people homeless or stranded.

The difference(s) between floods in the UK and Bangladesh are in Bangladesh, the dirty and clean water mixes together and contributes to the formation of diseases in the water. This also happens in the UK; however, the UK can afford to buy clean water for drinking in these cases.
