Representative Democracies are typically found in Western Europe.
England developed a popular government by majority.
There are many parts of Europe that are developed. You may be thinking in terms of western Europe being more developed that eastern Europe, but it would not be true to say that eastern Europe is not developed.
Most countries in Europe are parliamentary democracies, including the UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany and Austria. France and Russia have a semi-presidential system of government. Europe's only dictatorship is Belorus.
Question is poorly worded, but I think you are asking what it means to dissolve representative houses in a government. If that is the case, what you're referring to is the Executive power of some of the highest offices in some governments (I think The Prime Minister of Great Britain is able to do this) to dissolve the legislature. They may do this for reasons ranging from Martial Law to wanting to seize power (the latter happens a lot in South Eastern Europe and the Middle East). The leader of the government simply states that the legislature is dissolved and takes full control of the government.
Romance languages developed from Latin in Europe.
They developed differently because God's Blessing falls on them mainly on account of their Christianity Missionary works what they have sown to the other parts of the world; they are reaping the fruits now.
yes Europe is developed.
The least-developed countries in Europe are located in Eastern Europe. The five least-developed nations are Moldova, Macedonia, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania, who are all located in Eastern Europe.
Eastern Europe in general remains less developed than Western Europe, which is a lingering consequence of the Cold War. Probably the single least developed country in Europe is Albania, which is north of Greece.
Eastern Europe is a region which contains twenty-seven countries. Slovenia is the most developed of these nations, being the thirteenth most developed European nation and the twentieth most developed nation in the world overall. Moldova is the least developed of these nations, and is the one hundred and eleventh most developed country in the world. Overall, Eastern Europe is actually pretty developed compared to the rest of the world. But compared to its counterpart, Western Europe, it is underdeveloped. Eastern Europe is still considered a developing region.
Mauritius has a developed economy, one of the most important in Sub-Saharan Africa. The living conditions and health are developed, with very few outbreaks, but still not equal to Europe. Geographically, most of the land is developed, farming land, or tourist sites. The politics are developed, with a republic multi-party government. So, Mauritius is a developed country.
