There were no walls for Joshua to breach, and scholars say that at most there was just a small mud-brick village on the site of the former city. So, on the basis of archaeological evidence, it is not possible to state any dimensions for the walls during the fifteenth to thirteenth centuries BCE - the relevant period.
The Israelites were led by Joshua to lay siege to the City of Jericho. God told Joshua to take the army and march around the city once every day for six days. After that - on day seven - they were told to march around the city seven times and that the priests were required to blow their trumpets as the people shouted. This caused the walls of the city to collapse. The full story can be found in the book of Joshua, chapter six, verses 1-27.
