Henry Hudson made 4 voyages:
He was first sailing for a Northwest Passage across the Arctic in 1607; he made it to Greenland.
It is believed that Henry Hudson was Protestant and not Catholic. He was an English navigator and explorer who made several voyages in search of the Northwest Passage and explored areas like Hudson Bay and the Hudson River in North America.
Cartier and Hudson made multiple voyages. (Cartier made 3 and Hudson made 4 voyages)
Hudson made voyages of exploration for both the Dutch and British.
Henry Hudson did not sail to North America four times; he made four voyages in total, but only three were specifically to North America. His notable voyages included his 1609 expedition for the Dutch, where he explored parts of what is now New York and the Hudson River. Previously, he also attempted to find a northeast passage to Asia and explored regions in the Arctic during his earlier voyages.
He went on four dangerous and difficult voyages looking for Northeast route to India. The first three voyages Henry went on were not very successful. On the fourth voyage he decided not to turn back and head home but instead kept on going. Hudson explored the area but found nothing. His crew demanded to go home, but Hudson would not give in. He didn't want to go back to England once more not having achieved his goal. Winter set in and the ship was stranded on the ice. When spring came, Hudson wanted to continue, but the crew had had enough. They mutinied and left Hudson, his son John and six other supporters to die at sea in a small boat. Nothing was seen of them since. As for the crew members, they returned to England.
Henry Hudson's main goal was to find a northern route to the Asia. He made four voyages to North America to attempt this. On his final voyage made between 1610 to 1611 aboard the ship Discovery, Hudson's crew mutinied, and he was never seen again.
His explorations
They wanted to find gold, silver, and land instead of the northwest passage. They also made more than one voyage. (Cartier made three voyages and Hudson made four voyages.
