Best Answer

It is wrong to speculate that all Victory Girls were promiscuous. Many were dedicated to volunteering their time to serve food to regular people in soup kitchens during the hardships experienced during World War 2 here at home. Victory Girls were kind and compassionate individuals helping out during the crisis here at home.

Victory Girls were like prostitutes in WW2 that would hang around barracks and give out free sex to soldiers. Many of them were under the age of 17.
