Quaker "services" are called Meetings, and there are very generally two types: Programmed Meetings, which are like more traditional church services, often with a Minister, and Unprogrammed Meetings, which are silent (sort of like a group meditation), except when a participant is moved by the Spirit to speak, to share insights, experiences or teachings.
