The front driver and passenger air bags are deployed if needed by crash sensors at the front of the Ranger , so unless you crash into something after being rear ended the air bags won't deploy - you should always wear your seatbelt.
Deploy what
The minimum speed set by the government for airbags to deploy is 25 mph. The 2007 PT Cruiser should have the airbags deploy at this rate of speed or less. It also depends on the type of collision, when the airbags will deploy.
there is no minimum speed the car can be parked and someone run into it and the airbags can deploy
SRS (Supplimental Restraint System) aka Airbags dont have a set speed that they deploy... They deploy when jolted hard enough or have been strucked in an impact.
Airbags deploy at up to 300 km/hr.
no minimum speed. the vehicle can be stopped and someone else hit it and bags will deploy depends on where it was hit and how hard
Generally no. The speed at which something is hit has a lot to do with it but also whether or not the object that is stuck moves at all. The curb is usually not high enough to cause the car to remain in contact with it. The car jumps the curb. The speed can be as low as 15 MPH to get an airbag to deploy if something like a sold wall is struck.
200 mph
the air bags will deploy with force. u can go 5 mph but if some one smacks u doing 50 they will deploy At 10-12kph.

Frontal Airbags will deploy at at least a 55 mph crash or more.
The vehicle has to be traveling above a certain speed for the air bag to deploy. I believe it is 35 mph. It could be more.
