Cleveland was always pretty racialy tolerant. Benjamin Harrison supported the rights of blacks. William McKinley is somewhat racially tolerant also. I know TR was very tolerant and was the first president to invite a black guy into the white hose. William Howard Taft also was racially tolerant. Woodrow Wilson however was a White Supremesist. He grew up in the south during the civil war so I expect no less.
