it depends, it could be called anorexia if they don't eat at all or bulimic if they eat and then vomit. the definition of anorexia is slightly wrong though .... generly people that suffer from anorexia do eat! but what happens is they starve themselves for a few weeks and then every so often they will binge eat and the vomit after, this is the true definition of anorexia but it is possible that some people do not eat at all.

It can be. There is a disorder called PICA where non-food objects are compulsively eaten. If a person does it only once or twice, then it would not be considered a disorder. If it is a compulsion then medical intervention should be sought out.
Because this is a medical issue, the first person to ask is your family doctor. If they can not help you directly, they will send you to a person who can determine if you have an eating disorder and help you if you do.
