Square Enix has recently announced 'Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance' for the new Nintendo 3DS. Not much is known about Kingdom Hearts 3D, except that it will center around Riku and Sora, and will utilize the system's 3D features. 3D: Dream Drop Distance will feature all new Disney worlds, as well as some previous original worlds. Sora and Riku are dressed in their original Kingdom Hearts attire, but the game is set after Kingdom Hearts: Coded/Re:coded, and will tie in to Kingdom Hearts III, which is officially under development. This is some great news to eager fans, such as myself. I'll keep you posted with all of the latest information.

Yes. Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance is an upcoming title for the new Nintendo 3DS (unreleased). Kingdom Hearts III is also officially in production. Both are set to come out within the next couple of years.
Kingdom Hearts III: The Keyblade Wars isn't an actual Kingdom Hearts title. This confusion is all caused by the fan-made box art cover for a contest on the internet. Kingdom Hearts III: The Keyblade Wars has never been mentioned, discussed or announced by Tetsuya Nomura (character designer/director) or Square Enix. The newest title in the Kingdom Hearts series is "Kingdom Hearts 3D" (tentative title), which isn't being regarded as "Kingdom Hearts III".
Kingdom Hearts 3 hasn't been announced as a title yet.
