I don't know exactly what would cause vaginal bleeding in a 3 year old, but I would treat it as an emeregency and get her to a doctor immediately! if you don't get a satisfactory answer the first time around, find another doctor!
she is going through puberty and will probably have a baby soon.

It is not common to bleed continuously for over a year after having an implant. If this is happening to you, it is important to speak with your healthcare provider to determine the cause of the bleeding and address any underlying issues. It may be necessary to consider alternative forms of birth control or adjust the current treatment to alleviate the bleeding.
In 1782 George Washington returned to Virginia.

It could be low humidity and the very dry air would help cause that, but this is nothing to take a chance on. Take that baby to the doctor!
