if you mean the daytime running lights that stay on check your fuses if its not a fuse check the wiring harness for any ground issues or connection problems if you meant you can switch it to when you turn the car on and the lights come on same thing check fuses wires and also check the switch, in the back of it some have fuses and sometimes wires become loose so it should be one of those things
