you dont have to remove the grill to remove the headlights. there is a 5mm bolt that goes down into the headlight. so get a wratchet and losen those until they pull striaght up and remove the headlight.

If you dont have mech experince then i would let a shop do it because its easy to change but the new one has to be aligned using the adjustment screws.
