you dont have to remove the grill to remove the headlights. there is a 5mm bolt that goes down into the headlight. so get a wratchet and losen those until they pull striaght up and remove the headlight.

It is in the front of the engine behind the timing cover. Not in the oil pan. You will have to remove the front of the engine to get to it. Tough Job
Front or rear, remove wheel, remove caliper, remove caliper bracket, remove rotor.

Tap off the rotor, it should come off, if not, I can't help you.
It is behind the timing cover on the front of the engine. You will have to remove the timing cover to get to it.
It takes a FA12A Allen wrench.
Unscrew it.
On the front of the truck, rear hinged.
