Get rid of the seeds they are where the heat is. But if you do eat a seed then here is how you get rid of the hottness. I ate one of my grandpa's hot peppers not relising it was a hot one. people say that you should drink milk but i hate plain white milk so i drank pickle juice insted and it gets rid of the burn just as good and really fast. But the more you eat the more pickle juice you need.
