If all the Glaciers melted, the sea would rise and the coast of every country would change. The Earth would look a very different place, this why there is concern over Global Warming.

The related link will give you a small idea as to how the world might look if it happens, the Pale Blue is the area reclaimed by the sea

A large percentage of the earth's water is frozen. If the glaciers melt, the runoff will flow into the oceans, raise the sea level, and flood much of the land. If that happens, get to higher ground, or put on your water wings.

If the glaicers melted the sea level would rise about 60 m and could flood cities and countries that are near the ocean and places under sea level. It would take some time because snow and clouds reflect the light of the sun so CO2 caused by humans will slowly affect it. And only a third of land would disappear.

If all of the world's natural ice formations melted today (glaciers, south pole, north pole, etc) the melting water which was contained in solid, frozen form would cause the Earth's oceans to rise dramatically, flooding low lying land across the globe, drowning and killing millions of people who live close to the sea and in below-sea level places, like Venice. It would be the most catastrophic event in human history.

Glaciers and other ice caps have a total volume of 26 Million cubic meter. If all this ice melted then sea levels would rise 60-70 metres.

But the earth axis is tilted, it is not possible for all ice to melt per earth energy budget. Actual rise would be in a few metre per average sea level.

Glaciers are always melting. If the rate of melting exceeds the rate of accumulation, they will recede. If the rate of accumulation exceeds the rate of melting, they will advance.

What will happen in the future of glaciers?

If global warming continues, then glaciers, which are like rivers of ice, will continue to melt and finally disappear. Many of the world's great rivers get water from the spring melting of glaciers, so if glaciers vanish, the rivers and the people who rely on them, will be threatened.
