Seasons happen because of the orbiting of Earth ,around the Sun
If the earth did not revolve around the sun, there would not be any seasons. The problem is that if the earth did not revolve around the sun, that is, if it came to a stop in its orbit, the sun's gravity (with just the tiniest help from the earth's) would pull the earth into the sun.
It doesn't. The earth orbits the sun in an elliptical fashion.
No
The sun's gravity would pull the earth in to it and the earth would burn up
earth wouldn't have different seasons
The Earth would fall into the Sun.
They will hit Earth if, in their orbit around the Sun, they happen to cross Earth's orbit.
The earth is falling. It takes the earth an entire year to fall once around the sun.
No. For one thing, the moon revolves around, earth, not the sun.
It takes the earth one year to orbit the sun whilst spinning on its axis. I dont know why sorry. :( :(
like when it is winter in america the earth goes up and we dont get to see the sun so much thats why it gets cold. but the people who live on or around the equator dont get winter because the equator is around the sun so its usually hot or warm over there just so you know i live in nyc so in know what im talking about
