Seasons happen because of the orbiting of Earth ,around the Sun
If the earth did not revolve around the sun, there would not be any seasons. The problem is that if the earth did not revolve around the sun, that is, if it came to a stop in its orbit, the sun's gravity (with just the tiniest help from the earth's) would pull the earth into the sun.
It doesn't. The earth orbits the sun in an elliptical fashion.
No
The sun's gravity would pull the earth in to it and the earth would burn up
earth wouldn't have different seasons
The Earth would fall into the Sun.
They will hit Earth if, in their orbit around the Sun, they happen to cross Earth's orbit.
The earth is falling. It takes the earth an entire year to fall once around the sun.
No. For one thing, the moon revolves around, earth, not the sun.
It takes the earth one year to orbit the sun whilst spinning on its axis. I dont know why sorry. :( :(
If the moon was on the left and the sun was on the right, it would suggest that the moon is in its waxing phase moving towards a full moon. This positioning is a natural occurrence based on the moon's orbit around the Earth and the Earth's orbit around the sun.
