Not enough., I was hit by a Unlicensed driver and lost my leg. I wish they would have thought about other people (like you should have) I know I am biased but there is a reason you don't have a LIC. and with out a LIC you don't have insurance so anyone you HURT or HIT would have no coverage. So I hope you spend like 3-6 months in JAIL depending on what your WRECKLESS was if you were over 100 MPH I am voting for 1 year in the can. (local Jail not the big house) You asked, I answered... jail is only like 2% possible unless you are chronic or what they call Habitual.
You'll be arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance (I assume), at the very least. Not to mention that these charges may negatively affect your future chances of obtaining a drivers license.
In Texas you would be charged with False Report to A Peace Officer, Misdemeanor A.
you will get a ticket and probably get your license suspended for longer and insurance will probably not cover the accident b/c you were driving with a suspended license but of course this is just one scenario
Only if you get caught driving without insurance can that happen in most states. I wish it would happen in all.
You mean you were driving while your license was suspended. You disregarded the punishment the judge gave you for whatever laws you broke previously. Driving on a suspended license is again breaking a law. You might get your license revoked permanently.
Nothing more than would happen to any other driver. If you were charged and were guilty you'll get points on your license. It's probably likely that your insurance rates will go up.
In Oregon violating rules on a provisional license is a class B violation with a fine up to $360.00
They will probably try to deny coverage on your claim. Did you inform them that your license was suspended? Probably not, I imagine.
YOU will be charged with "Driving Without a Permit" and the person with the permit COULD be charged with "Perrmitting An Unlicensed Operator" to drive.
well you would ither get a fine or get arested
Whether they are licensed or not, it is your risk to have someone else driving your car.
If you're caught, depending on what the restriction is, you could be fined, and even have your licence suspended.
