This isn't usually healthy, as your body needs many different forms of nutrients to survive and to function properly. As it is only for a week, there probably won't be drastic probelms popping up or problems occuring. If continued, your body could show signs of vitamin deficiencies (anything from skin and nail discoloration, to bruising eaily, to hair loss, ect.) and weakness. You might lose some weight, as none of those items are high in calories or fat.
