Each Saridon contains 260mg of paracetamol. so 260*20=5.2g of paracetamol can lead to kidney malfunction or damage which is a increasing exponentially in the world. Excess paracetamol is always dangerous to the kidneys.BEWARE

Considering also the propyphenazone which consists of around 135mg. excess will make you puke or if controlled you might go unconscious.
