What will happen in the end of days?

Moved from a different question: First of all, no prophecy in the Revelation could be fulfilled until Israel became a nation again. That happened in 1948. So John was writing of thing after that date. That generation shall not pass from the Earth. A generation is not 40 years. A generation did not start until that father was 21 years old. Now add the 40 years and you get 61 years of generations. 1948 plus 61 is 2009. Makes more since now, doesn't it? And that generation has not passed away. "...as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the end of days". Noah tried his best to tell the world that the end was coming, but they would not believe. When the waters came and took the boat away, no one was saved except those that were in the boat. Jesus is the life waters and he carried Noah away. He will come back and carry his church away, before the great tribulation. And again, no one will be saved after that point. He said "blessed are those that have not seen and still believe".I firmly believe that the rapture will take place after the two prophets are resurrected. We will preach the gospel up to the last minute, just like Noah. But when the devil takes human form and sets up his kingdom here on earth, we will be gone. The last 3 1/2 years are for the unbeliever's, including the Jews. If you want to know when the tribulation period of 7 years will begin, watch Israel and that wall they are building. When it is finished, they will kick all non-Jews out of their country for good. Then they will rebuild their temple. Starting with the removal of the Dome of the Rock. That is when Iran will launch a nuke strike, but Israel, who has more nukes than anyone, strikes first. The UN steps in to bring peace. The US under Obama will not support Israel. They will stand alone, just as the Bible says. They will strike a peace accord which will let them finish their temple. But, as we all know, they will never worship in it. For the Devil sets an image of himself in the Holy of Holy's, and the Jews see the betrayal, and that Jesus was the true prophet (not Mohammad as the false priest convinces everyone) and the Jews run for the hills. The mark follows and we preach on. Just as it was in the Roman days, Jesus shall hide us as in the palms of his hands, until that day. But, don't forget this. Wormwood is coming. The third of the Earth that the Bible talks about is the America's. What?! Read that part very slowly. All the countries in Europe and Asia and Africa are still around after that event. North and South America make up 1/3 of the land mass on Earth. That is our reward for the corruption of the world that we have caused. This asteroid is massive and is probably in 3 to 5 pieces striking the Americas in several places. So, if you are worried about the tribulation, you best be finding a deep hole somewhere and throwing a lot of food and water in it. Me...I'm going to ground zero and watch it happen. As for the 144,000. That is all the Jews that are left on the face of the Earth. 12,000 from each of the original 12 tribes. That is God's punishment upon the Jewish nation for not believing in Jesus. But, God made a covenant with them and he said he would NEVER break it. After the tribulation is over, the 144,000 are gathered unto God (not Jesus) and placed with all the other martyrs that are under the throne (who are crying out). They live with God for all eternity, we as Christians, live with Jesus here on Earth for ever. As far as the Great white throne of judgement, that is not a good versus evil judging. He opens the book of all the souls who were given life, he then opens the book of those that are saved. If you are in the first book, but not the second....down you go! But if your name is in the book of Life (2nd book) then you pass into eternity with your sins forgiven. This happens after the 1000 year reign. Biblically speeking... The answer is given by the prophets and by Christ and his disciples:

Look up Christ's answer to this question in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. In all three of these events, Christ will provide you with the details of the events (signs), including the identification of the final generation (generation of the fig).

The single event identifying the start of the final generation is defined in Jeremiah ch 24, Judah is planted in the land of Israel (this occurred in 1947-48).

The sequence of events to occur in the Middle East during the final generation are written in the book of Daniel Ch8, Ch11, Ch7 - in that order. These dovetail and match what is written in the book of Revelation.

Many specific and key events are written in the books of the minor prophets, the book or Revelation and in the writings of the disciples of Christ.

Where there is far too much detail to construct an entire teaching of those events on this small web page. I will attempt to list key events which can be observed and which must take place during the end of this earth eon or age.

1) The 1st warning from Christ if for Chrisntians not to become deceived, The word has undergone many revisions in these latter times by men who have changed its meaning. Perhaps none more vile than the application of Marx version of philosophia doctirne being applied to biblical text. That most vile version is known as Liberation Theology. The Apostle Paul warned Christians not to apply philosophia doctrine to the word (Colossians ch2).

2) Christs warning (Matt 24, Mark 13, Luk 21), for Nation shall rise against Nation (the word Nation in the Greek is Ethnos which is where the English word Ethnic comes from), And Kingdom against Kingdom (kingdom is a king and their dominion it can be a single country or kingdoms within a country). When you hear of wars and rumours of wars be not troubled for such things must needs be. The details Daniel 8:

2a. Persia (Iran) and Media (Iraq/Turkey) take over the Middle East and become very wealthy and powerful (Probably take over OPEC with Russia). They (Persia, Media) use that wealth and power to turn all nations against Grecia (Yavan), thought to be The State of Israel. (Daniel 8).

2b. The West (a king residing West of Jerusalem) brings military action (specifically air power) against Persia and Media, for their actions against Yavan and destroying the power of Pesia and Media (Daniel 8 & 11)

2c. Persia/Media destroy their ally Russia (Esau) (Obadiah 1:7). Deadly Wound placed under Esau (Russia), Also see Rev 13 (deadly wound healed by Anti-christ).

3) The next sign is Earth quakes, but not just any Earth quake as Luke defines them as Megas (mega) events (8.0 and up). Remember these are limited to the final generation which started in 1948 when Judah was planted in the land of Israel (Jeremiah 24): Note the increase of occurrence since 2000.

4) There shall be famines; This refers to the prophecy of Amos (8:11), the famine of the end time is for hearing the true word of our Father taught. How many Christian churches and Jewish synagogs are still teaching biblical texts? How many are teaching liberation theology and other preversions of men? See Christ's first warning of deception.

5) There shall be Troubles; The Greek word translated troubles is "Tarache" which means rolling mobs in the streets in sedition against the established government or each other. It would have been better translated Sedition instead of Troubles. However it can also effect the second warning as rolling mobs work Ethnic against Ethnic. We have observed this occurring all over the world since 2007.

6) These previously mentioned signs, are the beginnings of Sorrows...

7) After the Persia/Media West War. The Middle East is divided into three kingdoms (Lion, Bear & Leopard) (Daniel 7) which are later combined under a 4th kingdom (Dreadful Terrible or Satan as the false Christ) (Daniel 7, Rev 13 & 17). This final kingdom is a global one world order.

8) The true Christ returns to find his people worshipping Satan as the fake Jesus. Punnishment ensues and the 1000 year reign of Christ starts. (Rev 20)

9) At the end of the 1000 year reign of Christ is Judgment (Rev 20), where souls either go to the lake of fire for destruction or they pass on to the next earth age (eon) which is also the final age or eon.
