Sperm is (aside from the risk of STD transmission) pretty good for you. It's basically a pile of proteins, so it's not unhealthy. It's just sort of... there. You can't live on it, but it's not hazardous. I suppose if you drank a few cups of it you could feel sick, the same way you do if you eat a lot of protein-rich food. If you mean will swallowing hurt anyone long-term, then no, it shouldn't. Barring fluke medical conditions, you should be fine.

Nothing will happen. Once the males sperm is released into the air the sperm is no longer to good use. Why the heck would you want to do that anyway?
