I got a similar ticket in KY while I still had my permit. When I went to court, the judge threw it out. I was lucky though, the judge was friends with my uncle. You can call your court clerk to determine the cost of the ticket, expect your insurance (or your parents) to go up.
i went 57 in a 35 and got a $144 speeding ticket
Your license will be suspended until you pay the ticket. Once you do that, the court will clear the ticket and reinstate your license with the DMV.
A speeding ticket IS a moving violation.
You can get a speeding ticket regardless of what license you have; that doesn't change the fact you were speeding.
Yes.
In Kentucky, once a speeding ticket has been issued, you have had valid notice of the violation. The statute of limitations no longer applies.

It depends on the jurisdiction and the circumstances. In many places, a speeding ticket is not considered a misdemeanor but rather a traffic infraction. However, repeated violations or excessive speeding could potentially result in misdemeanor charges.
Kentucky Speeding Ticket "Will it affect your insurance rates if you got a speeding ticket in Kentucky but live in another state, if this is your first ticket and you are 29?" Out of state speeding tickets are generally reported to your home state and treated as if you received the speeding ticket in your state. That means that the DMV in your state will decide if the ticket will appear on your record and if you will receive any points. There are a lot of exceptions so only the DMV can tell you how this speeding ticket will be reported on your record. Then the insurance company will have to check your MVR to be aware of the ticket. This depends on your particular carrier but most do not check every year. It is unlikely that this one ticket will increase your rates unless you make a change in your policy which causes them to check your record. Two tickets will have serious consequences on your premiums so you need to really watch your speed for awhile. lwpat yes it will
