Edit: There is not a question of probability here. No "most likely" is needed. You will most certainly die due to pressure far before you come close to 5000ft unless in some kind of underwater vessel.

(33 ft = depth at which the pressure of the atmosphere doubles. Every additional 33ft is another atmosphere of pressure. 1 atmosphere is what you are feeling now, sitting at your computer... hopefully... :) )
