Frequency variation effects greatly the speed of the motor.
In this particular case the motor will run slow as the frequency(50hz) is less than the required frequency(80hz).
here the motor will run : ((50-80)/80)*100%= -37.5%,i.e. 37.5% slower than normal condition.
