In that case, it will fall into the black hole and get destroyed in the process. The black hole's total mass will increase as a result.

As the object's distance to the blackhole decreases, the gravitational pull on it increases. This means that the object will require greater amounts of force to escape its pull. If the object passes the event horizon of the blackhole (the distance to the blackhole that not even light can escape, which is a different distance depending on the size and mass of the black hole) it can never escape and will absolutely be pulled in. Beyond this point, we have no idea what happens.

Because the gravitational pull of the blackhole increases as the distance to it decreases, this means that large objects can have a greater pull on their side that faces the blackhole than on their side that faces away. This difference in pull will essentially begin to rip the object apart as it gets closer, in an effect scientists like to call "spaghettification". (Basically this effect will continue to occur until all the mass is stretched into a long spaghettis-like string.
