Well, basically when you beat the game, and when you got to the file page, you will get a E.GADD Medal, you can get 3 medals. 1st medal is for beating the game, second medal is for getting 3 Star/Gold Rank in all the missions including the boss fights, and the 3rd one is idk yet. It either has to do with collecting allot of gold, or collecting all the ghosts in Scarescrapper.
