sugars, fats, and carbohydrates are used by your body as primary fuel for energy. your body is trained to save unused energy for later, when it is unable to find fuel to burn.

so if you want to be healthy and fit, you should eat foods that are not junk food, and when you do eat junk food, you should do some exercise to burn the fuel before it turns into fat.
