Theoretically, helium will turn into a solid, but because helium's freezing point is so low (less than -272 oC) and the lowest temperature is -273 oC (0 K), that doesn't happen. When helium is a liquid, which happens after it condenses, it acts as a superfluid, defying gravity and seeping through containers.
