There's no way to answer that question because laws vary from region to region. To determine the laws that apply to you, contact your government. Killing the rabbit over tomatoes is not justified. Take the rabbit to someone who can take care of him, or use a live trap and take the rabbit away from the tomatoes. Killing the rabbit is morally wrong.

Fleas on a rabbit are just called fleas, and a rabbit with fleas is just called a rabbit with fleas. If your rabbit has fleas, the safest way to treat it is to take the rabbit to a vet.
yes, they use rabbit skins as clothing. First they kill it then they skin it and take it to make clothing out of it
Yes. The father rabbit does. Well, he does kill them... well sort of... yeah he does, it depends on how you put it. The father rabbit eats his baby rabbits. So, if your rabbit is pregnant, when she is going to give birth, take the father out and put him in a separate cage. I don't know why, he just does. Sadly.
yes you do or the male will kill the babys
Maybe it is warmth in your house or shed just in case take him to a experienced rabbit vet.
Take the one out that does not nurse the babies.

Milkweed is poisonous to rabbits. There is no way of telling how long it would take. They best thing to do would be to find a vet who has rabbit experience. Give them a call and at least see what they think would be best to do.
usually just leave them they can take care of them alone, just make sure they r warm
