The firing order for a 1998 Dodge Dakota with a 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine is 1-3-4-2. This means that the spark plugs in the cylinders should be fired in that sequence. The firing order is crucial for the engine to run smoothly and efficiently. Make sure to follow the correct firing order when replacing spark plugs or ignition components.
