Nothing ! It's a perfectly safe program. It runs with the minimum of specifications, and will work with files from most of the more popular programs.
Click on the folder - that's the installation file. It will 'unpack' itself into a new directory, and place shortcuts on your desktop & start menus. Once it has installed, you can delete that folder from your desktop.

Do a search for "WINWORD.exe". Should be somewhere in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\ Once you've found it, <right-click> go to [send to] and select the "Desktop (create shortcut)" option. This should create a shortcut on your desktop.
go to Windows --> run --> Type "winword" a new Microsoft word document would open up.

If you are in Word, you can go to File > Recent and open up your document from there. Otherwise, you can go to File > Open to locate your file. The My Documents folder on the desktop may have the file, but may not. For me, I use the Recent or Open to the drive and folder where it is located.
