Install in the most convenient "hole" (knockout) to the wires that are being run.
no you have to improperly install it....... :P Shut off the power to the receptacle. Now remove the three black wires from one side of the old receptacle and twist them all together with your pliers. Make a short pigtail 6 inches long, same colour and wire size. Now twist this pigtail into the other three wires. Hold all four wires together with the appropriate size wire nut. Do the same with the white wires. Push all the wires into the back of the receptacle box. Connect the two pigtail wires to the new receptacle black wire to the brass coloured screw, white wire to the silver coloured screw. Screw the new receptacle back into the box, install cover plate, turn the power back on. Done deal.
Just tuck it away in the box. Unless you run ground wires throughout the house it won't serve any purpose.
Those should both be hot (black) wires to two separate circuits. Electricity flows into the breaker from the bar that they snap onto and the grounds (white and bare) all go to one grounding bar on the side of the box. If you don't know what you're doing inside the box, please put the cover back on and call someone who does know.
Age. Damaged. dirty
Sorry you can't rebuild a CDI box, as a matter of fact you really can't even diagnose it as bad (usually, a few rare bikes have the ability to be tested), you just have to rule out everything else first. Considering Just how much a CDI box costs you DEFINITELY want to confirm that everything else is ok first. The only other way to check the CDI is if you have a friend with THE EXACT SAME BIKE! Try and talk them in to swaping with you, just to see if it'll run. However if there is something on your bike causing the CDI to go bad, be prepared to buy both of you a new CDI. Good Luck.
Normally, they don't start to go bad. They either die outright or have moments where they'll just work or not but doesn't last long that way. But be sure to test the output of the pulse coil and the kill switch before condemning the CDI box.
Age is one factor, electronics such as printed circuit boards deteriorate with age. Another factor is malfunction of the cut-out or electric regulator. Too much and too high current from the regulator will burn the CDI out in seconds if a fuse does not go first.

there are a few things to do. replace the CDI with an performance CDI (5 wires DC 6 wires AC) check the variator for a washer on it, the washer prevents the belt from going to the top for high gear. you can also put in lighter roller weights. check exhaust gasket to see if it is restricted. most state laws do not allow 49cc scooters to exceed 30mph do this at your own risk.
I have the exact same car and there are a lot more than just two wires going into the fuse box. But if you are talking about the two cables that have a series of wires in them they bring power into the fuse box and take power out of the fuse box and to everything else in the car.
I have a 2006 hyosung racing prima and to cut my rev limiter its 8 screws around the front around the headlight area 4 in the back and 4 in the front. You will see a black box that says CDI unit. on the left hand side of it are two black wires with a white strip in them. the second wire in in the restrictor. just simply pull the wire out and there you go. -Jrow
what slot do the left power set belt fuse go in the fuse box for 1992 acura integra Under the driver side dash
