.410 side by side shotguns of all varieties are very rare, regardless of maker. The best way to find out the value of any firearm is to ask a gunshop owner what you should insure it for. Never ask 'how much is it worth' or 'what will you give for it,' because a gunshop owner, like any other merchant, makes his living by buying low and selling high. If you say "This is an heirloom and I don't want to sell it, but I need to know how much I should insure it for in case it's stolen or we have a fire," you'll get a fair idea of the actual cash value of the weapon. Probably a Stevens 311Sears doubles marked 'Ranger' are usually variants of the Stevens 311. Comparable Stevens 311 .410 shotguns have been retailing in the $500 range in decent shape.sales@countrygunsmith.net
The Ranger was made by Hunter Arms, of the L.C.Smith fame. It is the Sears brand of this gun. It is an extremly well made boxlock, very valuable, as 410's are always the rarest of the quality guns. A 20 guage in good condition on gunsamerica is selling for 1500, so the 410 is worth quite a bit more in similar condition.
The exact value of a Winchester model 120 Ranger 12 gauge shotgun with Winchoke is actually dependent upon a number of factors. Some of these factors would be the age and condition of the shotgun.
it would depend on condition avg. could be 2000.00
A knowledgable gunsmith told me that mine was worth about $150. Mine is in ok condition, would rate it 6/10.
This would be worth 500 to 2500 dollars depending on the condition. This is a valuable shotgun if someone is desiring to sell.
this particular gun would most likely run between 12,000 to 18,000 depending on the condition and the gauge of shotgun.
I don't own one. But, if it's in good working condition, and you have a use for a .410 shotgun, it's certainly worth keeping around. If it's in bad condition, or doesn't work properly, then it's not. It's up to you.
It all depends on the condition of the gun. What is original and what has been repaired. Perfect condition $300.00 is what I would pay.
In the condition that you describe(70%-80%) of its original finish remaining.I would access a value of between 400-500 dollars.
A 12ga Mossberg pump, in fair to good condition would be worth $200.00 to $250.00. lcj
Rifles are not guages. is this and auto 5 shotgun?
Your Browning light twelve in the condition that you describe would bring 1,000 dollars for a model with the plain barrel. If your shotgun has a vent rib barrel, then it would be worth 1,200 dollars.I want to say that your shotgun was made in the year 1969,by the serial number prefix of 69G.
Your B2000 in 95% to 98% condition would probably appraise between $300 and $350. A mint B2000 with box would be valued near $400.
