Typically one would go to a Fiat dealership to get a good deal on a Fiat. Often the price can be negotiated to some degree with the dealership. Dealerships will sometimes have some used Fiats in their inventory on which an even better deal can be had.
A good place to find used mini cars in Seattle would be at the Mini Cooper dealership in Seattle. Another place would be at other used car dealership in the area, as there may have been trade ins of Mini Coopers done recently.
The best and nearest dealership depends on where you live. so for me I would go to a Honda dealership or a Toyota dealership because they make great cars.
