I would imagine a President would likely not be an example of an anarchist, since an anarchist opposes and critiques the legitimacy and purpose of the existence of a state (and thus of the government it supports). Since the President would be a head of the state, it seems hard to believe that she would not believe in the legitimacy of her position.
In the United States, when something has happened to the president, the vice president takes over. For example, when John F. Kennedy was assassinated in 1963, his vice president, Lyndon Johnson, became president.
That would be unlikely, perhaps if he had dual citizenship. But he would have to be a citizen of the country he was president of.
If both the President and the Vice President died (which has never happened), the Speaker of the House would become the President of the United States. For example, if President Obama died, VP Joe Biden would take over as President. If then-President Joe Biden died, the Speaker of the House would take over as President.
