tissues are made up of a group of cells that work together to perform a specific function. Animals with tissues can develop organs, like the kidney. These organs in turn, help the animal maintain homeostasis.

What would happen if the waste products of metabolism were not able to leave the tissues?

The composition of body tissues must remain constant, so if waste products were unable to leave the tissues the composition of the tissues would not be able to be kept constant and metabolic wastes will poison the body

Is there an evolutionary advantage to twins?

The only coin evolution pays in is reproductive success. Having two children who leave no offspring would not give you an advantage over having one child who leaves many offspring. Or any combination thereof. Twinning is a developmental thing of egg doubling or fraternal twins being just like siblings. So, the act of twinning would not seem to confer any more advantage in and of itself, but twins having successful offspring that drive many parental genes to fixation in a population of organism would be reproductively successful that way.

Which combination of characteristics in a poplulation would provide the greatest potential for evolutionary change?

The characteristic of a population that would most likely indicate the lowest potential for evolutionary change in that population would be asexual reproduction. This is because the offspring are identical to the parent.

If the tissues was injured what happen to the organism?

What concept is central to all evolutionary theories regardless of their type?

I'm not sure what types of evolutionary theory the asker envisions when asking this question, but in any model of evolution, change over time would be a given.

Which is the MAIN evolutionary advantage to the insolubility of the waste product of birds and reptiles?

They excrete uric acid in paste form as their only excrement, but it is more expensive to produce as it is more complex molecule. So, sounds more like a trade off than a straight advantage to me. Now that I think about it, it does conserve water loss, which would be an advantage offsetting the cost of producing uric acid.

How would you argue that an evolutionary family tree is a poor scientific model for proving evolution?

all evolution go back to a single cell developing from nothing which is impossible . ask the question where did the first cell come from it could not ever develope on its own.

Why would tissues in the heart die if heart stopped?

Because the heart carries blood and oxygen to the tissues, and if the heart stopped, the tissues of the heart and other body parts would eventually die.
