You should understand that most movie directors or script writers are not seeking ideas from the general public; they have their own ideas. However, if you should ever find yourself having a conversation with someone who says "I want to make a movie, but I just don't have any ideas" that would be the perfect occasion for you to mention that as it happens, you have an idea for a film. Your other possible use for that idea would be to make the film yourself. Possibly finance it through kickstarter.
music is an important part of a film, it sets the tone for each scene, and action. even whendialogue is not present the music tells a major part of the story, feelings. the music gives you an idea of what the character at that point and time is feeling. as a part of silent film music was the catalyst of suspense, comedy, action, and horror.
