It is probably time for a tune up and to get the injectors cleaned. I would probably start by buying a can of good quality injector cleaner to run through the gas tank. After that I would have the fuel filter changed and see if the problem goes away. next I would change the air filter. All of these items are fairly cheap to try to solve your problem. Last a trip to a good mechanic for some new spark plugs if you are still having the problem.
